VACATION - TWELVE MONTH EMPLOYEES
Date: January 4, 1999

Individuals employed the entire July 1 through June 30 period would earn ten (10) vacation days. Vacation leave is earned at the rate of one day per twenty-three (23) days worked. Vacations may be taken at any time after the days have been earned subject to approval by the immediate supervisor and the Superintendent. Days earned in any July 1 through June 30 period must be taken within eighteen (18) calendar months of the next July 1 year. Example: Days earned between July 1, 1988 and June 30, 1989 must be taken by December 31, 1990.

All vacation days must be requested on the proper forms and approved by the Superintendent. Vacation shall not interfere with the official operation of the organization.
