Final Instructions for the
2008 Hard Labor Creek Cross-Country Camp

Check- In time is 4:00. We will meet at the visitors center at that time on Mon, June 23. Check-out time is 11:00 am, Thurs. June 26. Please be on time on both occasions.

The camp is being provided as a purely non-profit / non-fundraiser. The cost is $100 per athlete. Room / Board, Food is all included, along w/ a custom made t-shirt. Please bring a check and/or cash when you arrive. Checks can be made out to Newton Cross-Country.

Necessities to bring include 2 pairs of running shoes, 3 pair of running shorts, 6 t-shirts, 4 pairs of socks, adequate undergarments, towel, swimsuit, toiletry items, pillow, sleeping bag,

Extra items to bring might include reading material and/or ipod, etc.

We will be running once Monday evening, twice Tuesday and Wednesday, and once Thursday morning.

Directions to Hard Labor Creek State Park Visitors Center:

5: Merge onto I-20 E/ GA-402 E. 14.4 mi
6: Take EXIT 105 toward RUTLEDGE/ NEWBORN. 0.3 mi

7: Turn LEFT onto NEWBORN RD. 2.7 mi
8: Turn LEFT onto W DIXIE HWY. 0.1 mi
9: Turn RIGHT onto FAIRPLAY ST. 1.1 mi Follow signs to visitors center (right turn).
10: FAIRPLAY ST becomes FAIRPLAY RD. 1.5 mi
11: Turn LEFT onto KNOX CHAPEL RD.
